We now have the facility to book appointments with a doctor online via patient access. In order to use this facility you can register online but will only have the facility to book an initial appointment, once you attend this appointment you can register fully, see below for details of this and what forms of idenitification are needed.
In order to register online click on the link above - "Access the online appointment system" and then select Register.
To use the system fully, i.e. see a summary of your medical record including allergies, a list of your medication and to book and cancel appointments, you will need to register by attending the surgery in person with two forms of identification and one must contain a photo. Two of the following three doccuments are acceptable: passport, driving licence or bank statement
From 1st April 2016 NHS England requires us to extend this service to enable patients to view a detailed coded summary of their medical records. This does not include free text, letters, communications and internal messages.

****PLEASE CAN YOU LEAVE THE LATE EVENING APPOINTMENTS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY ATTENDING DURING THE DAY*****
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
Please call after 11.00am to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
PLEASE ALWAYS LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT
so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient.
In the month of September (2014) we had:
