Keep being sick or running to the toilet?
Feeling ill? You probably have Norovirus, the winter vomiting or a diarrhoea bug. It will run its course in a day or two.
Stay at home and follow this advice: -Drink small amounts of water regularly, take paracetamol to ease any fevers or aches, eat if you can, but don’t worry if you can’t, wash your hands frequently.
