Travel vaccinations are available at the practice.

Please leave at least 8 weeks before you travel. To allow time for your vacinations to fully cover you.                             

 


Keep being sick or running to the toilet? 

Feeling ill? You probably have Norovirus, the winter vomiting or a diarrhoea bug. It will run its course in a day or two.

Stay at home and follow this advice: -Drink small amounts of water regularly, take paracetamol to ease any fevers or aches, eat if you can, but don’t worry if you can’t, wash your hands frequently.

DOCTOR’S OR TO A&E.*

*If your symptoms continue for longer than 48 hours, or you have another serious illness, you should call your pharmacy or doctor for further advice.
