Repeat Prescriptions can no longer be requested via the website.
You can order your repeat prescription in the following ways:
- You can register at the practice for Patient Access Online, this will enable you to order your repeat prescriptions online. Please call into the Practice with two forms of identification and complete the relevant form.
- You can e-mail your prescription request to gp-p92605@nhs.net , this is a secure e-mail address which is checked every day. Please include your name and date of birth on e-mail requests
- Your nominated pharmacy can order your medication for you - you will need to speak to your pharmacist to organise this
- by calling into the Practice

ELECTRONIC PRESCRIBING
THE SURGERY IS NOW REGISTERED FOR ELECTRONIC PRESCRIBING, THIS ENABLES US TO ELECTRONICALLY SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION, ONCE ORDERED AND PROCESTHIS CAN BE ACCESSED BY CLICKING ON THE LINK ABOVE.SED TO A PHARMACY OF YOUR CHOICE. THIS ELIMINATES YOU HAVING TO COME TO THE SURGERY TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION AS YOU WILL GO STRAIGHT TO THE CHEMIST TO COLLECT YOUR MEDICATION.
PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR PHARMACIST WHO WILL REGISTER YOU FOR THIS SERVICE.
Please allow 48 hours notice from the time of ordering your prescription (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your prescription to be processed.
Prescriptions can be ordered on our website, by sending a request by post, by fax on 0161 799 5046, or by calling into the surgery with a written request. Please supply a stamped addressed envelope if you wish a prescription to be forwarded by post.
Prescriptions ordered during the weekend will not be ready for collection until Tuesday after 4:00pm.
We do not generally accept requests over the telephone, however, if you are housebound let us know and we will make an exception.
